For the best fit, measure the finger where you plan to wear your ring near the end of the day, when your hands are at a normal temperature.

Measure an existing ring

Choose a ring that already fits the intended finger. Measure the inside diameter straight across the widest point, then compare it with the table below.

Measure your finger

Wrap a narrow strip of paper comfortably around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps and measure that length in millimeters. Use the circumference column to find the closest size.

If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size. Adjustable designs may offer additional flexibility; check the individual product details before ordering.
