Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident about every ZeonEra order. Unworn items with their original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Starting a return

Contact support@zeonera.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered and in their original condition with any included packaging and tags. Items showing wear or damage not present at delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. If we made a mistake, we will arrange the appropriate solution.

Refund timing

After the return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to display the credit.
