What is covered

The guarantee covers confirmed manufacturing faults affecting the structure, clasp, setting or assembly of the item. Depending on the product and availability, an approved claim may be resolved through repair, replacement or store credit.

What is not covered

The guarantee does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, scratches, normal wear, improper storage, alterations or changes to a finish caused by water, chemicals, perfume, lotions or care that conflicts with the instructions on the product page.

How to make a claim

Email support@zeonera.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
